Fulfillment Tech II

Position Overview: The Fulfillment Tech II is responsible for packaging and labeling of finished product. The Fulfillment Tech II is an effective team member whose contributions will assist in the achievement of departmental objectives. They will adhere to all CLS safety, quality, inventory, and production guidelines, standards, policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

● Possesses the ability to work on a team and communicate effectively on the job with other employees.
● Performing the repetitive functions in the packaging and labeling of pre-roll units from start to finish.
● Effectively package and label all finished goods for distribution to licensed Nevada dispensaries.
● Ensure all products are quality checked and the correct/matching packaging, labels, stickers, seals, etc. are used.
● Apply appropriate labels with all information filled out correctly according to 3rd Party Lab Results.
● Organize, label & properly store finished goods in the vault.
● Weighing, production and packaging for consistent and quality presentation of premium cannabis products.
● Clean-up of all processing areas and equipment during and at the end of the shift.
● Processes finished product to desired standards and KPI’s.
● Maintains supplies and inventory levels within their workspace.
● Responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions, organization and cleanliness of the production and packaging area.
● Ensure proper procedures are followed and take steps to update any outdated procedures.
● Comply with all company and state regulations pertaining to the cultivation, production and packing of cannabis
● Ensure all products are packaged & labeled properly according to the Packaging SOP & Nevada State Statutes and our Management Team.
● Any additional duties deemed necessary by management

Requirements:

● Previous Cannabis experience preferred
● Team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
● Minimum of 21 years of age.
● Have reliable transportation and a driver's license.
● Must pass all required background checks and obtain all required cannabis work cards with the State of NV CCB and City of NLV Police Dept.
● Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.
● Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
● This job function may include walking, standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.
● Have a professional and approachable demeanor.
● Well-groomed and dress appropriately at all times in work uniform, PPE and adhere to company dress code policy.
● Knowledge of and compliance with Federal and State Cannabis regulations.
● Knowledge of safety practices and all applicable safety standards in the cannabis production industry.
● Basic computer literacy in working with Google G Suite email and Microsoft Office suite.
● Have a strong team ethic with the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

Field Marketing Manager

Position Overview: The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the field marketing efforts, partnering closely with operational leaders to support the City Trees brand. This position will raise awareness and profile of the company, promote sales of City Trees Products through brand ambassadorship, and support other members of the management and sales team.

Essential Job Functions:
● Be active in the field 70% of the time and 30% of the time in the office.
● Attend required meetings for sales and marketing, notify sales and marketing of any issues/opportunities
● Schedule and attend pop ups at retail partners, ensure displays are at standards, communicate schedule to marketing team to promote - including obtaining one picture per pop-up.
● Consumer event management, leading event setup/teardown/execution
● Manage merchandise including inventory management, ordering promotional merchandise with vendors, coordinating payment with the Finance team.
● Review menus of weekly accounts
● Quarterly Potential Available Market review
● Visit a TBD minimum number of accounts weekly to ensure the brand is top of mind with budtenders, buyers and manager
● Customer Relationship Management updating via Leaf Link
● Attending events on behalf of City Trees
● Coordinate and manage budtender educations, facility tours and incentive program
● Work with sales team to concept and implement retail promotional program.

Requirements:
● Prior Cannabis Marketing experience is required
● Marketing or related degree or equivalent.

Have a good understanding of marketing, advertising, SEO, and other related fields.
● Creative, has an enthusiastic approach to marketing.
● Personable, approachable person with excellent communication skills.
● Team player and with a flexible, hands-on approach. Will have strong initiative and self motivation skills.
● Capable of self-managing. Ability to prioritize, plan and organize is vital
● Competent skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, social media planning tools, basic WordPress updating and light web-based graphic design tools
● Most importantly, the successful candidate will have a hunger to learn and develop themselves further in a Marketing career.

Executive Assistant

Job Description:

The Executive Assistant supports the Chief Admin Officer and admin team with clerical and administrative duties. This position requires a candidate who can take a project and run with it to completion, someone supportive, forward thinking, driven and thorough.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage extremely active calendars for multiple executives. Schedule, attend, and take minutes for all meetings, maintaining confidentiality and discretion Manage and prioritize high volume of emails, including sorting, distributing, archival and retrieval
  • Prepare communications such as memos, emails, reports, instructional documents, and other correspondence with accuracy
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Ability to move from one task to another at a fast pace
  • Act as liaison between executive team and members of management/floor staff
  • Anticipate the need of others
  • Handle office tasks such as cleaning, filing, generating reports and presentations, re-ordering of supplies, etc.

Controller

Position Description:
The Controller reports to the Executive VP of Finance of the corporation and serves in a key financial management role in a rapidly growing business and dynamic industry. The position interfaces with senior management, accounting staff and various key stakeholders inside and outside the company. The position is a key member in the accounting department and has a wide range of responsibilities that include:

  • Preparing/review journal entries as part of monthly transaction and closing process;
  • Analyzing accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory costs, and internal controls to provide management reporting in the area;
  • Preparing state and local tax filings;
  • Preparing the monthly close and financial statement preparation;
  • Preparing supporting documents for monthly and annual compliance audits;
  • Supporting and supervising accounting staff’s effort in daily and monthly transaction processing;
  • Preparing account reconciliations and support schedules as part of month end close;
  • Developing ad hoc financial analysis;
  • Analyzing weekly cashflow reports;
  • Assists in accounts receivable collections;
  • Assists is preparation of budgets and forecasts;
  • Assists in preparation of 10K and 10Q SEC filings;
  • Assists payroll in preparation of commission pay;
  • Assists in cash management process, and;
  • Performs other duties as requested.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years accounting experience
  • Expertise with Quickbooks Online
  • Advance computer skills in MS Office, Google Suite, accounting software and databases
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communications skills
  • Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Public company experience preferred
  • Cannabis experience preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, friendly personality and team building leadership skills required
  • Must be 21+ yrs old and possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
  • Must be able to obtain NV Dept of Taxation Marijuana Dispensary Agent Card and LV Metro Sheriff's Marijuana ID Work Card(s). Must be able to pass a background check.
